How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time varies depending on the items purchased:
T-shirts, sweatshirts and accessories take approximately 6-9 working days, whereas trousers, skirts and blouses might take a bit longer, around 9-12 working days.
Items are delivered by the international shipping company BRT.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can place your orders on our website using any credit car or PayPal.

What is your return and exchange policy?
You can ask for a return within 7 days of receiving your order, either by phone on +393401059109 or by email at elleo.lab@gmail.com.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Elle O. is a small workshop: returns and exchanges are entirely at the customer’s expense (the cost varies between €13 and €16).
Is it possible to customize an Elle O. item?
